Located in the historic core of downtown Inglewood, this proposed seven story, mixed use development is designed with the unique qualities of the site and neighborhood in mind. The project seeks to link together important nodes within the downtown Inglewood fabric, including Inglewood High School and Grevillea Art Park to the west, the Inglewood Transit Center and Market Street to the East, and La Brea Boulevard, Inglewood’s predominant thoroughfare to the North and South. Initiatives outlined in the New Downtown Fairview Heights TOD will afford increased access to bike lanes, parks, public amenities, and public transportation.
A central landscaped Paseo runs through the ground level from La Brea boulevard to Grevillea Art Park, effectively extending pedestrian access across the site. The paseo provides additional frontage for commercial space and creates a pedestrian-friendly experience with lightwells above, native plantings and access to public parking. These commercial spaces are further connected to the walking district and historic retail zone established along Market Street.
The residential portion of the project consists of over 300 apartment units, BBQ areas, fire pits, plantings with native landscape features, and a gym. The 7th floor roof deck includes a pool and spa with sunset views overlooking the city to the west.
Design and entitlements are on-going.
